Our Story

We're regular people who believe in change just like you! We're a family-owned business, 1 mom and 2 daughters who decided to start Black Kidstory because we recognize that there is a gap when it comes to educating kids about black history. 

Our mom has almost 40 years of elementary education experience, so you can be sure that each box has been carefully thought out for your child. 

Race relations is a pretty touchy subject in our country right now, so we thought that this is the perfect time to introduce your children to African American heroes who helped to shape our nation.
